Late September always means one thing—time for the Sanicole Air Show! After the incredible Belgian Air Force Days at Kleine-Brogel Air Base last year, this year’s event returned to Aeroclub Sanicole in Hechtel-Eksel.
What made this year extra special was that the Youth Ambassador Team had our own tent in the ‘Belgian Air Force Village,’ where all the Belgian Air Force stands were located.
I attended both the Saturday sunset displays and the full show on Sunday, and got to witness some seriously impressive aircraft and skilled pilots showcasing what their machines can really do.
But the weekend wasn’t just about the show—I also loved meeting some of you and reconnecting with friends I hadn’t seen in a while.
All in all, I had an amazing time this weekend. Thank you, Sanicole! See you next year!
